Regulations for renting "ClabLab" courts

1. Each customer is required to pay the lot rental fee/ticket purchase fee for renting lots.
2. For subscription holders - rent a lot according to the number of times (hereinafter - "rentals") defined for each card. Payment for the card will be made in advance by credit card debit or Bit payment.
3. Renting a lot will be charged by credit card or payment by Bit at the time of ordering the lot. The customer hereby gives his consent to the tennis centre to charge his credit card for the court rental fee/the cost of the card and any other amount he owes the company. A customer who wishes to pay for the reservation of the lot in cash will hand over a credit card for security at the time of ordering the lot, which will be charged in the case specified in section
4. Cancellation of an order, without charge, will be accepted until the time specified in the order pen. In the case of cancellation, if received as mentioned above, the customer will receive a refund of the entire amount paid or, alternatively, a credit that will allow a lot to be ordered in the future.
5. Customers with subscriptions, who ordered a lot and did not cancel by the time specified in the order, will be charged equal to the rental value of the lot on the card.
6. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes before the time to go to the field.
7. If the customer is late and arrives after the booked time, he can play until the end of the booked time only for him. Any time beyond an hour will be billed as an additional rental hour and based on available space only.
8. Going onto the pitches will be allowed in sports clothes only and suitable shoes.
9. Do not enter the pitch without a pitch reservation.
10. Training and training in the centre is allowed only for sports centre coaches.
11. The instructions of the person in charge on behalf of the centre must be obeyed, including the order of getting on and off the pitches.
12.  Rules of conduct must be observed as they appear in the admissions office. The lots. Also, the instructions of the centre personnel must be obeyed.
13. "Clublab" management is not responsible for the loss of equipment of any kind.
14. "ClabLab" does not undertake to rent a permanent pitch. The T Center reserves the right to change the amount of the court rental fee/ticket cost from time to time.
